You help create a place where kids feel safe, have fun, and learn who God is.

You help people feel at home! This crew  goes above and beyond to make sure every guest at RCC feels cared for, valued, and seen from the moment they walk through our doors. 

You bring your best to lead our church in worship through music on Sunday mornings.

You serve behind the scenes in the auditorium to make sure everything works in a way that everyone can experience the worship music, teaching, walk-in music, and more distraction free. 

You help create a safe and distraction-free environment for people to experience God. You’re alert, present, and ready—so that families can focus on what matters most.

You take care of our guests and members from once they enter our worship centers to when they leave.

This crew gives power to every other crew. You pray over Sunday mornings, specific requests, and certain prayer moments during services.

You carry the mission beyond the theater. Whether it’s serving our city, responding to needs, or partnering with local organizations, you help our church be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever He calls us.

You help turn a movie theater into a church! This crew makes RCC a place where people can encounter and experience God each week.
