Grow: Day 16

For those who have received a greater revelation from their master are required a greater obedience. And those who have been entrusted with great responsibility will be held more responsible to their master.
Luke 12:48b TPT

What's the purpose of growth? Impact on others.

Fully mature plants not only produce seeds; they can even help shade and protect younger or more sensitive plants from the elements. As if it weren't amazing enough that our growth can affect others' eternity by leading them into the Kingdom of God, our growth also leaves a temporal impact on those around us.

● What we invest in others will help them grow, so ask God to help you discern which areas of your life He wants you to actively plant within others. Maybe it's encouragement, faith, accountability to God's Word, or even helping someone develop professionally or emotionally.

● Now ask God to bring to mind those in whom He wants you to plant those seeds. Make a list of names as He brings them to mind.

● Spend a few minutes praying for each person and asking God for the opportunities and courage to invest in them. Add dates to your list of names, and use that list to hold yourself accountable to investing in the opportunities God wants you to take.
